General Terms of Sale

The purpose of these general terms of sale is to define the terms and conditions under which Goreduc offers its streetwear fashion products for sale to its customers on its website.

2. Orders

Orders are placed online through our website. The customer undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when placing their order.
Any order placed on our site constitutes a firm and irrevocable purchase offer on the part of the customer.

3. Price and Payment

The prices of our products are indicated in euros and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Payment is made online at the time of ordering. We accept the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal
The products remain the property of Goreduc until full payment of the price by the customer.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are indicated when ordering and are given for information purposes only. We strive to meet these deadlines but cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.
Delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order, and are indicated at checkout.
The customer is required to check the condition of the delivered goods and report any anomalies within the time limits provided for by law.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.
To exercise this right, the customer must inform us of his decision in writing and return the products in their original condition, at his expense.
We undertake to reimburse the customer as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days following receipt of the returned products.

6. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect use, negligence or poor maintenance of the products.

7. Liability

We cannot be held liable for indirect or unforeseeable damage resulting from the use of our products.

8. Protection of Personal Data

We are committed to protecting our customers' personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These general terms of sale are subject to French law.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of the PARIS Commercial Court.

10. Modification of the General terms of Sale

We reserve the right to modify these general terms of sale at any time. The new general terms of sale will be applicable to orders placed after their publication on our website.
